1. Membership with OneWorldUnited.com requires that these terms of use are read and AGREED to upon signing up. Additionally these Terms of Use may be modified at any time by OneWorldUnited.com and will become immediately binding on all members.

2. Members are allowed only one account per person, per computer or per email address. Registration must be completed by the intended account holder and cannot be performed on another's behalf.

2a. Members are allowed to promote an unlimited number of sites (URLs) from their one account.

3. Members agree to receive weekly emails from OneWorldUnited.com. These emails will include information about your account or our service but will NOT include any advertising.

4. OneWorldUnited.com may terminate any member's account if there is no activity for a period of three consecutive months with all credits and referrals forfeited.

5. Members who are found to be cheating the system thru the use of programs, robotic methods or any other means will have their accounts suspended immediately. If it becomes necessary for us to terminate an account all credits and referrals will be forfeited.

6. For the time being all sites must be in the English language. The programmers are working on a solution for automatic language translation and members will be informed when other languages will be accepted.

8. You acknowledge that the Services are provided "as is." Use of information obtained from or through this service is at your risk. Under no circumstances will OneWorldUnited.com be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the service. OneWorldUnited.com cannot guarantee that member sites do not infringe on the copyrights of others nor do we necessarily endorse the content or opinions of member sites or advertisers.

9. For security reasons the users cannot delete suspended accounts but the user may delete active accounts at any time.

10. OneWorldUnited.com will not share your personal information or email address with anyone else unless required to by law enforcement authorities.

11. OneWorldUnited.com strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited emails of any kind (Spam) and operates a zero-tolerance policy. The sending of unsolicited mass emails of any kind, which include the website URL of OneWorldUnited.com, is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. Members accused of violating these Terms of Use will have there account suspended and placed under further review.
